Ingredients for 3 people:
Tuna in Olive Oil (1 can) – Avocado (1/2 pc.) – Quinoa (100 gr) – Mustard (10 ml) – For sweet hoisin sauce: Soya (100 ml) – Honey (100ml)
Remove the skin of the avocado and cut it into very thin slices so that it is comfortable to roll.
Mix the tuna with the previously boiled quinoa. Add a little chopped red pepper, mustard seed and olive oil.
Mix 100ml. of soy and 100ml. of honey to make the hoisin sauce.
On the avocado slices arrange the mixture of quinoa with tuna and roll it up. Add a little hoisin sauce.
Decorate the dish with rocket, lamb’s lettuce, a mustard leaf and serve.
