2 FIT breakfasts based on canned fish to recharge energy

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, after having spent about 8 hours without eating any kind of food, our body asks us for energy and what better way to give it to it than with some delicious and healthy toasts?

Avocado and cheese cream toast with marinated carrots and anchovies

Ingredients

Anchovies (1 can) – Wholemeal bread with cereals (2 slices) – Ripe avocado (1/2 pc) – Creamy goat’s cheese (1 medallion) – Non-fat cream cheese (2 tbsp) – Brewer’s yeast (1/2 tsp) – Lime (1 pc) – ) – Paprika (1 pinch) – Chopped parsley or coriander (1 tsp) – Chia seeds (1/2 tsp) – Carrot (1 pc) – Pitted olives (4-5 pcs) – Extra virgin olive oil – Salt and black pepper

Elaboration

We begin by mixing the juice of half a lime, a pinch of salt, a few drops of olive oil and set aside.

Remove the flesh from the avocado and place it in a bowl to which we will add the cheese, the beer yeast, the grated lime and a little juice, a little sweet or hot paprika, the parsley and finally season with salt and pepper.

With the help of a fork we crush the mixture together with the chia seeds until we obtain a creamy texture.

Spread the slices of bread, previously toasted, being very generous, then place the grated carrot, the chopped olives and the anchovies. Add a pinch of black pepper and a dash of olive oil, the latter to taste.
