This culinary trend, Finger Foods, consists of synthesizing in small doses the flavors of a great dish to be able to taste it in one bite.

Mini tuna toast Galician style
Ingredients
Tuna in olive oil (1 tin) – Anchovies (1 tin) – Tomato sauce – Piquillo peppers (1 unit) – Green peppers (1 unit) – Chives (1 unit) – Garlic (2 cloves) – Bread (6 slices) – Olive oil – Salt
Preparation
In a frying pan with a little oil, brown the garlic cloves, mix them with the green pepper and stir. Cut the piquillo pepper into small pieces, put it in a bowl and add the crumbled tuna and mix.
To decorate, add a few cubes of peppers and spring onions, cut very small. Mix again, dress and add the mixture on a mini toast.

Mustard rolls with tuna
Ingredients
Yellowfin tuna – Mayonnaise – Mustard – Lemon juice – Cilantro – For the rolls:Eggs (2 units) – Flour (140 g) – Grated cheese (80 g) Milk (80 ml) – Oil (80 ml) Baking powder (2 tsp) – Mustard (1 tsp) – Salt – Pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, we beat the eggs, the oil, the milk and the mustard. Add the cheese, flour and baking powder to the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Pour the preparation into the moulds and put them in the oven preheated to 180 ºC, for about 30 minutes. Unmold, let cool and cut into slices.
Prepare a sauce for the accompaniment in a proportion of one tablespoon of mayonnaise to one teaspoon of mustard with a little lemon juice. On top of the slices, put the tuna, the sauce and sprinkle with coriander.

Mini Tuna and Pepper Burritos
Ingredients
Natural tuna (2 cans) – Large wafers (280 g) – Green pepper (200 g) – Cooked red beans (200 g) – Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Preparation
Prick the dough with a fork and place it on baking paper and inside a semi-cylindrical baking tin. Bake the dough in the oven, previously heated to 200º C, for 5 or 6 minutes (until golden).
Fry the green peppers cut into strips in a pan with oil until they are slightly browned and set aside. Meanwhile, in another frying pan heat the red beans with the tuna and at the end, fill the “burritos” with the mixture and add strips of pepper.
