Yesterday we were in Arnoia (Ourense-Spain) in the presentation gala of La Vuelta, the most important cycling race in Spain. All participant teams were introduced and the audience could enjoy different activities, being one of them a show cooking.
This show was a showcase of Galician gastronomy. Important chefs from Grupo Nove demonstrated how make the most of Galician tinned fish and seafood from ANFACO-CECOPESCA.
The well-known chef Yayo Daporta cooked an interesting sardine pie with Herbón peppers emulsion, with which conquered all the assistants.
