Ingredients
Sardines in brine (3 or 4 cans) – Eggs – Garlic – Chopped parsley – Breadcrumbs – Flour – Olive oil
Elaboration
We grind the sardines in a blender or similar but without trying to homogenize too much. Then mix them with the beaten egg, garlic and chopped parsley and a little breadcrumbs to give consistency.
Leave to rest for a while, make little balls, coat with flour and fry in very hot olive oil. To accompany, you can add tomato sauce or piquillo peppers. Enjoy!
