Elaboration
First of all, we make old-fashioned guacamole: we mash avocados and add pico de gallo with onions, tomatoes, oil, jalapeños and lime juice.
And now comes the “innovative” step that will give a special touch since we will crown it with edamames, herbs, nori seaweed and a fresh burrata mixed with tuna, which combines perfectly with the avocado base.
