Pickled mussels (2 cans) – Mussels in their own juice (1 can) – Cheese wedges (3 units) – Crab sticks (6 units) – Mayonnaise (15 ml) – Fresh parsley
It is a simple recipe, the only thing we will have to take special care in is to achieve the right texture. To do this, we remove all the broth from the natural mussels and part of the broth from the pickled mussels (we will keep this one).
Place all the ingredients in the blender container and crush it into a pâté.
If it is not very thick, we can add another cheese wedge or a little more mayonnaise, and if it is not very manageable, we can add some of the broth from the pickled mussels that we removed at the beginning.
