Ingredients:
250 g of tuna in olive oil, 250 g of onion, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 cup of white wine, 1 cup of broth or water, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper, 1 bay leaf, paprika, breadcrumbs.
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden in a frying pan with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the garlic, previously crushed, and the bay. Sprinkle with flour and stir well to avoid lumps. Add the wine, the broth, salt and pepper. Cook on a slow heat, stir continuously so it does not thicken. Place the tuna in pieces in an oven dish, add the oil of the can on top of it. Pour the sauce over the tuna and sprinkle the breadcrumbs. Cook in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
