1 can of sardines in olive oil
Peeled raw almonds (100 g)
Olive Oil and salt
First make the garlic foam by soaking the bread in water. When it has softened, mix in a blender with the peeled raw almonds, garlic and salt.
Gradually add the oil to bind the mixture and pour into a siphon.
For the avocado alioli, peel and chop half an avocado and blend with oil, the egg, garlic and salt.
Arrange the sardines on a plate and serve with the garlic foam and drops of the avocado alioli.
