Ingredients
Sardines in oil (1 tin) – Spaghetti (250 g) – Onion (1/2 pc) – Garlic (2 cloves) – Cherry tomatoes (5 pcs) – Jalapeño pepper (1 pc) – Capers (30 g) – Olive oil (2 tbsp) – Butter – Ground black pepper – Salt
Preparation
First of all, we cook the spaghetti until it is “al dente”, then we drain it and put it aside.
While the spaghetti is cooking, cut the onion and garlic cloves into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan with some previously heated butter and oil.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in two, slice the chilli and add it to the frying. Stir and season with salt, pepper and spices to taste. Add the whole capers and mix everything together.
Drain the sardines, cut them in half and add them to the frying pan. Stir gently to integrate all the ingredients without breaking the sardines.
Finally, add a dash of olive oil and add the spaghetti to the previous mixture. Stir and sauté for a few minutes and… enjoy!
