1 can of small sardines in olive oil, 4 potatoes, chive, 1 spring onion, paprika, 10 green olives, vinegar, olive oil.
Boil the potatoes in their skin; once boiled, peel them and mash them with a fork. Mix the potatoes with 3 or 4 small sardines and emulsify with the oil of the can and an extra dash of olive oil. Add the chopped chive and spring onion, green olives, vinegar and paprika.
To serve: make quenelles with the mix and place a small sardine on top.
