Ingredients
- Canned sardines (2 cans)
- Spicy green pepper (1 pc)
- Hot red pepper (1 pc)
- Red onion (1 pc)
- Pear tomatoes (2 pcs)
- Radishes (2 pcs)
- Lime juice (30 ml)
- Fish sauce (30 ml)
- Soy sauce (15 ml)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Fresh ginger (2 g)
- rice vinegar or cider vinegar (5 ml)
- brown sugar (1 pinch)
- fresh parsley
- Cilantro
- Olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
Cut the onion and green pepper into julienne strips, finely chop the garlic and ginger, dice the red pepper and the previously peeled tomato and slice the radishes.
Once the ingredients are ready, sauté the onion and green pepper in a little olive oil for about 5 minutes, add the previously drained sardines, leave to warm up, remove and set aside in a bowl. In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, oil and a little sugar.
Add the red pepper, tomato, radishes, parsley and coriander (to taste) to the bowl. Dress with the sauce, mix well, serve and… enjoy!
