ANUGA 2017 – Cologne (Germany) from 7 to 11 October – is world’s largest and most important trade fair for food and beverages. Spanish fish and seafood preserves could not miss the best event to present our extraordinary seafood products.
Yesterday ANFACO-CECOPESCA and the Consellería do Mar de la Xunta de Galicia, offered a tasting of Galician products and wines, with the Spanish fish and seafood preserves as protagonists. Preparations with sardines, tuna, mussels, razor, squid… demonstrated the gastronomic possibilities and health properties of Galician products, which highlight Galicia as the main Spanish community in this type of exports, both by volume and by its quality and variety.
The event, chaired by the authorities of Anfaco and the Consellería, was attended by German and Spanish authorities, representatives of the canning and food sector in Galicia, importers, distributors, restaurateurs, marketers and the media.
