1 cup mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. drained capers, chopped – 2 cloves garlic, grated – 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice – 8 tins (about 4 oz. each) assorted seafood (such as sardines, mussels, octopus, and smoked oysters) -Toasted pumpernickel cocktail bread, assorted crackers, cured meats, cheese, caperberries, and roasted nuts
In a medium bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, capers, garlic, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the garlic mayo, seafood (in the tins).
Remaining ingredients on a large platter with small spoons and forks for serving.
