Ingredients:
For two peoples: 2 cans of tuna (125 g), 250 g cooked chickpeas, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons cilantro or chopped fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, oatmeal, salt and black pepper
Preparation:
Cook the onion with a stream of olive oil until it softens. Slightly squeeze chickpeas well drained. Mix with the chopped tuna, the onion and its oil, mustard, parsley or coriander, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt and pepper.
Make small burgers with greased hands and coat them in oat flakes.Grill over medium heat with a little oil until golden brown. Handle them with care because they break easily. You can accompany it with a yogurt sauce with half-lime juice and a little cayenne.
